Looking to rent? You'd never know there's a recession going on, we can't keep a vacancy! Here is a list of rental properties currently available. Pets require additional deposits as a rule, sorry but the few have spoiled it for the many.
A $35 non-refundable application fee is due with your completed application: We DO perform a credit, bad check, skip and eviction check on all applications. Corporations seeking employee housing need only tender a completed application and their D and B rating information.

 3201 Golden Mountain Lane is a very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath modular home with 2 car garage with work benches and outlets. Both front and back yards are fully fenced, the back yard is quite large and has a double gate for moving in your camper or trailer.
