Looking to rent a home or commercial property?    Here is a list of rental properties currently available. Feel free to call (775) 482-3052 or e-mail directly to our rental desk at rippierealty500@frontiernet.net with any questions about a property.   If you don't see what you need here, please drop us a line to see what might be available in the near future. Please note that all rentals require a security deposit, there is no last month's rent deposit required.  Pets require additional deposits as a rule - sorry, but the few have spoiled it for the many.  Liability insurance carriers all forbid Doberman, Pit Bull, Akita and other known vicious breeds of dogs on the properties at any time, no exceptions.

  Move in costs are simple, rent is always due on the first of each month, so your rent is pro-rated from move-in day to the end of the month, plus security and pet deposits (if any).  That's it!

   A $75 non-refundable application fee is due with your completed application:  We DO perform a credit, bad check, skip and eviction check on all applicants.  Corporations seeking employee housing or commercial space need only tender a completed application and their D and B rating information.

Any unit tagged with a **PENDING** has an application put in that is pending approval.  **Reserved** indicates that a prospective tenant has an approved application and has placed a deposit to hold until they move in.

Please, if units listed are not yet vacant, don't disturb the tenants.  We'll be glad to show once it's vacant and cleaned.

TONOPAH RESIDENTIAL RENTALS:

1065 Ricegrass: 3 bedroom 1 bath stick built house. Large fenced back yard with attached garage. Freshly painted and carpeted. Has newer more efficient gas furnace. $800/mo.

463 Valley View: 2 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home. New carpet throughout. $500/mo

202 Jackson: 2 bed 3/4 bath small house with fenced yard. $450/mo **PENDING**

204 Jackson: 2 bed 1 bath small house with fenced yard. $450/mo **PENDING**

 631 Brougher: 2 bed 1 bath house. This home has a wood burning stove, a jetted bathtub, and a full size unfinished basement perfect for storage.$500/mo

608 Central: 2 bed 1 bath stick built home. Large living room and storage space underneath in unfinished basement. $500/mo

Coming soon: These are houses which we anticipate will be available soon hopefully within a month, after move-outs and/or repairs are done. If no date is listed then we do not have an exact date for availability.

3201 Golden Mountain Ln: 3 bed 2 bath house. This house has a 2 car garage and a very large fenced back and front yard. 

 3103 Smoky Valley: 3 bed 2 bath house with shed/workshop in back. The shed has been set up to be used as a grow house with rubber lining the floors and lower walls. The house itself has a pellet stove and is in the process of being renovated.

 1325 S. Main St. This steel building is 840 sq feet and has a single bathroom, water, power including 220v and sits on 1.5 acres of undeveloped land with direct access to Main St/Hwy 95. Terms negotiable starting at $1000/mo.
